Description
Expressions of interested are invited for a site measuring approximately 40m x 20m in Kilshannig, Co Kerry. The site is currently occupied by a small bungalow and outbuildings and a caravan to the rear.
Location
The site is located at the far end of Kilshannig bay, and enjoys spectacular views over Kilshannig Bay and the Magharee, or Seven Hogs, Islands.
Directions
Through Castlegregory Village, head towards the Maharees. After about 3 km, look for grotto on left with road to right towards Jamie Knox Watersports and Kilshannig. Take road to right. After about 2km procede past the Green Room Bar and continue on the beach front road for the length of Kilshannig Bay to the village at the end of the peninsula. The site is immediately to the left by the access to the beach.
